OK I get calls, the mute is not on, I answer and they caller can hear me but I can't hear them at all. Volume is set to max and it's only on some calls. If they call back within 2 or 3 minutes I answer and all is well. Any ideas.
It's a one week old AT&T phone so I can take it back but I would rather not. I have loaded several ring-tones etc

wouldnt know im a week and a day in, and so far nothing but love. hope your experience improves. yet your across the map from me as well. good luck.

I just got back from AT&T office discussing this issue. they told me it is a network issue and not the phone. Sooooe when I got home I called customer service and explained to them. They said they would send me a new phone. I then told them i didn't order phone online but bought in store and they told me to return to store. Duh!!!!!!!! I think I will make them replace the sim card and if it happens again change phones.
