Any of you BB 8300 owners Airline pilots that sync your sched to your BB? If so how do you do it/ what do you use?

Corporate pilot user here. We simply have a web friendly login site to go along with our flight scheduling software. Not sure what the airlines have for schedule sync for the BB.

I know you can d/l it to a Palm, that is what son does. But I don't know how it all works.
