*Update*

I went to the TMO store and they had two Curves out. I was able to pair both of them with my Blueant headset and made a call. No dropping and pairing was super quick. I took my phone out there as well and tried the pairing and it hung as well. The two curves were on the TMO hotspot. I turned off wireless before hand just in case. Like I said it paired with no issues. I guess my phone is bad. I am still mad that something new isn't even working right out the box.

The TMO store couldn't help me except to call 611 and talk to them. They even mentioned that if I do get a new phone shipped to me it could be a refurb. That pisses me off. I feel that after only month and spending $300 I shouldn't be getting a refurb unit period.

Have you upgraded the firmware also for the Z9? Goto their website to upgrade the firmware. I love my Z9 but its a bit different getting used to certain functions coming from a plantronics 320
