What's my best bet for getting email to my Curve?

I have subfolders on my exchange mailbox and I would like to get attachments, & contacts. OTA calendar sync would be nice too but not absolutely required. I'm willing to drop sub-folders if it gets me close to BES.

I hear that I basically have 3 options; the connector from T-Mobile, the redirector on the CD or blackberry.com, & BIS + OWA. I have no idea what their capability or limitations are though. I can leave my desktop on all the time and it is rock solid and is on a diesel generator so uptime isn't really a limitation for me. BTW - Do any of them do reconcilliation or am I stuck deleting them manually?

The reason I don't use BES is that I don't have any more BES CALs available and $$ for it isn't going to happen until sometime next year, so BES is out of the question.
