Default 8300 - problem with screen.

My screen stopped working for reason a few days ago . I tried to reset it by taking out the battery to see if it would work, but still no display. I can still hear my audible clicks on my scroll ball and my green LED light still flashes. So i called AT&T and they are now sending me a replacement. Just wondering if any other people had this problem?
