so i was reading one of the threads about email problems. im having the same problem and i dont understand step two when you have to register the host routing table. how do you know which host routing table to register. i have a routing number that is bold. is that the HRT i need to register?

It doesn't make a difference.
You don't need to select a particular host entry in the table.

Just go into Options > Advanced Options > Host Routing Table

Then press the menu button, and choose 'Register Now'.

Beyond that... what exactly is the problem that you are having?
