Exclamation Curve problems

Please Login to Remove!

I have a user who has a Curve and its having problems. At first it was unable to send or receive calls. Fixed that. Now it is unable to send and receive email. I tried resending him an IT policy and it came back to the BES saying "packet not recieved by user...". I also tried to reactivate it wirelessly and it display an error message of "..contact sys admin". Can someone please tell me what is going on?
