Angry Help!

Please Login to Remove!

So I am having a few problems that are starting to worry me. Was hoping some of you might be able to help.

First off, I have a Curve.

So out of no where my call log is no longer logging my calls? I have dicked around in options to the best I know and I have found nothing to fix it, other then to change my settings to NEVER delete my call log, which it was already on that option.

Also, out of no where my all of my old SMS texts have vanished. All that is left is my email. I have also had that set to NEVER delete either.

And one more **** up! I am not receiving my email on the phone anymore?
WTF?!

So is anyone else having these problems? If so how did you fix it?!

Thanks.

sounds like a memory leak! try battery pull and see if it incrrases your memory. if you dont have a memory card id suggest getting one.

not getting email try resending service books

or contact your service provider

i know at ATT i saw a few BBs today that erent receiving Email and it was an issue on ATTs side

Why is my BlackBerry losing its call logs or message logs? - BlackBerryFAQ

How do I free up memory on my device? - BlackBerryFAQ

What exactly is "sufficient?" If it is less than 15-20MB then that is getting too low.

Mine always drops below 10, usually down to 7 or so. After a battery pull it's back into the 20s, but within the day it's back down to 7-8.

The only thing I've installed is BB Weather. I've done all of the things to free up memory in the FAQs.

I've concluded that BBWeather is a memory abuser. My memory problems went away when I got rid of BBWeather. Too bad too, because it's a great app. I recommend getting rid of it. Would sure be nice if someone would update it.

It would be nice when they issue the new video capable OS that they fix "the leak"!

Any idea if the number of locations entered in BB Weather would have an effect?

I guess I'll try deleting it...I don't use it much but it's nice to have.
