Talking can't zoom in or out with camera

Please Login to Remove!

hello I'm new to the forum and need a little help.when i go into my camera to take pictures,i can't seem to zoom in with the scroll ball or using the- or + keys.every thing else works fine on the phone no problems except for this.i did not drop the phone mainly stays in my case till i need it.if anyone has a solution I'm all ears thank you.

my old man was having the same problem and he just yanked the battery to reset the device and it fixed it....

I had the same problem and used the same solution a couple of times on my pearl. Now I have a curve - guess it must be a Blackberry problem.
