Default Beejive/google maps

Please Login to Remove!

Okay fellas, I bought my bb curve today! I am currently updating the OS to the newest version.

before I updated I installed beejive, and google maps.

Beejive tells me the tunnel is wrong or something.. so I can't connect on that.

Google maps loads to about 5 percent and then it say's cant connect.

I don't know whats wrong :(

Did I not set something up properly or..?

I have unlimited data/etc etc.

I also do not see an email set up menu icon, so I can't set up my email!

Did you enter the apn settings under Options >Advanced Options >TCP?

go there and enter the following:

apn:wap.voicestream.com
username:
password:

leave username and password blank.

Also, when you say "unlimited data" does that mean you purchased a specific Blackberry Data Plan? If it's not a BB data plan you won't get a browser and you won't be able to setup email.
