Default Folers not showing up in View Foler option

Please Login to Remove!

Previously had an 8800. If I were to go into Messages, goto View Folder, I would get a list of folders including Inbox, sub folders within the Inbox that I made, as well as various others like Sent.

Currently I have the 8310 with 4.2.2.176 that I just installed a few days ago, and I no longer see those options. I noticed that when I click the ball while viewing an email, I no longer have the option to File it to whichever folder I desire. Is this the norm with 83xx series or this isn't normal?

In the Email Reconciliation option

Delete On: Mailbox and Handheld
Wireless Reconcile: On
On Conflicts: Mailbox Wins.

In Email Settings

Save Copy In Sent Folder: Yes

I'm lost and I searched but couldn't find anyone else with the same issues.

Were you on a corporate BES system with the 8800?

I'm on the same exact BES and email system, nothing has changed, not my data plan not my email, nothing.

I take it this isn't the norm with the 83xx?

no, if you are on BES, your Outlook folders, etc., and synchronization is a function of your BES.

If you are just looking for your "View Folders", go to Messages > View Folders.

Exactly my point.

When I go to view folders, folders like Inbox, sub folders within the Inbox, Sent...etc. they're no longer there.

Thats whats bugging me.

Would you mind sharing what you did to resolve your issue? I am seeing the same thing on one BB with BES.

I would like to know too, I can see my folders but there is nothing in them on the BB, the folders are not syncing, just the inbox.
