Default 8300 to 8310 switch

Please Login to Remove!

I currently am using an 8300 that is working great. However, I want to switch to the 8310 for the GPS. ATT will swap phones for me. When the new 8310 arrives, can I swap the media card and SIM card from the old 8300 into the new 8310, or is there softward installed on the 8310 specific for the GPS? If so, I'll have to re-sync the new 8310 with my work Exchange server, etc etc.

Thanks for the advice.
