Wirelessly posted (BlackBerry8700/4.2.1 Profile/MIDP-2.0 Configuration/CLDC-1.1 VendorID/100)

Try adjusting your filters

Thanks - is there any way you can put more than one word (Rolex, Cialis etc) in the filter rather than setting up a new filter for each word?

Who is your email provider? I use Gmail since it has an effective spam/junk filter. I have yet to have a trash email leak through to my BlackBerry.

I think the way I used to deal with this was to get a spamcop.net account (they issue you a separate email).

Use the separate email that spamcop.net issues -- as the email that YOUR Outlook forwards to.

Then from the Spamcop.net email, they in turn let you FORWARD that account to another. The secret here is the email that spamcop.net is forwarding is cleansed of spam.

I used this method for about 3 years until I moved to a BES which had it's own built in Spam filtering. I'm using Exchangemymail and they have Postini which catches probably 99.99% of my spam -- and that's on a bad day. On a good day it get's 100%.

I'm having the same issues...Outlook via Road Runner...the spam filter works great, but then dumps it into a "junk e-mail" folder and I can't figure out how to turn that off from sending to the BB. My work "junk" filter works great...nothing comes to the BB from there.
