Default How to delete an email address?

Please Login to Remove!

I consider myself pretty savvy when it comes to my Blackberry, but I have an issue that I can not figure out for the life of me.

Here it is, yesterday I upgraded from my 8703e to ATT 8310 (great move by the way). I did a backup on my 8703e and then restored that to my new Curve. The issue I am having is that the icon/folder for my old @vzw.blackberry.net is still on the screen along with my new @att.blackberry.net. How can I remove this old verizon email icon?

Any help?

delete the email address like this at your VWZ BIS website.
How to add / delete email addresses - BlackBerryFAQ

Of course, any real BB-savvy person would have checked the FAQs first... right?

Savvy by my standards, nowhere near as the rest of the "gurus" around here.

Go to Options > Advanced Options > Service Book. Highlight and delete the one(s) for the old email address.

and d_fisher's way will do it also. I'm just used to that service book being pushed back, of course it wouldn't on this cross-carrier switch you did.
