Welcome to BB Forums.

OK - we probably need a bit more information.
Did you buy this new?
Do you have a BlackBerry Data Plan?
How are you trying to go online?

So you bought this new (from T-Mobile?) and they did not sell you a BlackBerry Data Plan?

You got unlimited e-mail. No web browsing is included in that.

Open the icon labeled Setup Internet E-mail or go to the BlackBerry Internet Web site at Unsupported Browser to set up the e-mail.

The web and e-mail option costs $19.99/month.

There's a lot of people that told me they went and got a BB and the rep at T-mo did not mention anything about a Data plan? I thought they worked off commission??

That is the exact opposite of the truth. As a matter of fact, that does not even make sense.
