Anyone know of a way to get the full version of facebook to show up with the browser? I am redirected to their mobile site no matter what I do.. TIA

you can actually download a facebook application for your BB now from the facebook website... just when you log into facebook search facebook for blackberry

I've been using the mobile version of Facebook for about a month. I've found it extremely useful. You cannot do everything with it that the full version of Facebook allows. When you get to a part that the BB app doesn't support (like browsing a friend's profile) it throws you out to the regular Facebook which I believe is the mobile version as well.

I did a quick writeup on it when the app first came out. Some people have reported that it impacts their battery life but I have not seen that:

If anyone is having problems with the OTA install of FB, please make sure that you turn OFF your wifi, and set your browser to "internet browser"

This is the only thing that has allowed me to install it so far.
