Music Fustration

Hey guys, I CANNOT figure out how to upload music to my curve. I have itunes and have been copying and pasting, and nothing comes up on my BB's media player. Am I doing it right? Is it on my card and if so, why cant I see it on my BB media player? Here is a screen shot of my media manager:

Pretty simple.... Drag songs onto the top window. Highlight the songs you want to transfer. Then click the "Copy Down" button.

Didnt I do that? Did you look at the screen shot?

Then the song should be there. Do you have your songs tagged correctly? The believe the media player doesn't read file names, just the tags.

or when you hook up your berry, and when it asks you "do you want to use this as a mass storage device" select yes. Open the file explorer and then either copy and paste or drag and drop the files you want stored on the media card

correct me if i'm wrong folks, but berries don't play WMAs do they? if not, that might also be your problem. Hope that helps

This is really frustrating. I dont use WMA as I have itunes. I just checked the format, and it is in .mp3. Should I try taking the media card out and loading them on to it, then inserting it into my BB?

I had a lot of trouble using the media manager. Only some of my songs/albums showed up in the index, though all of them were viewable if I "explored".

Are they songs you purchased through iTunes? If so that could be a problem.

You can not play iTunes purchased songs on a BB without removing the DRM which I am not getting into.
