Please Login to Remove!

I need to return my defective Curve and the track ball is frozen. Does anyone know if and how I can wipe my personal info off the Curve using Device Manager? Thanks

I followed the directions but could get it to work. I couldn't get the alternative to work either maybe because I have installed the new DM software that came with the new 8300. I will put the old software back in and try again tomorrow. I'll let you know, goodnight.
