Angry bplay.com questions

Please Login to Remove!

last night i had just purchased two new what appear to be sweat themes, windesktop and the macberry tiger themes, followed directions throughly, transaction went smoothly, so they send a link to your email to download, but the link has to be used with your mobile browser and downloaded over the air, so when i get to the links and click them it ask whats phone do i have (8320) and loads another page thinking its the download, only getting this message "Purchase Code Expired", so i tried buying another theme to see if there were having problems with those themes, same result i spent 6.99 x 3 .... 21 bux on themes... i have emailed their support page a dozen times no reply yet, what you guys think i should dooooo...

For starters, I think you need to calm down.
E-mail is probably ineffective over a holiday weekend, as you have already witnessed.
Do they have a phone number you can call? Sometimes that's more effective than e-mail or support forms.

Let's first consider that you're talking about purchasing something on the weekend and contacting them a "dozen times." Not only are most businesses closed during the weekends, it was also a holiday weekend. So I'm about 90% sure they were not there, and contacting them a "dozen times" would only aggravate your chances of getting a quick response.

Also consider that there's probably a back log of support issues. I'd suggest calling them tomorrow morning if you don't get a response. Patience is key. Obviously the website seems pretty reputable, given that I don't know many people who would invest a whole lot of money in their website design if it was just a scam.

lol im not as made as i seem, lool actually not that much mad about the money either i just want those themes soo sweet looking... as for a number i looked all over nothing ??

i guess ill wait it out and seee, lol also me being a human, i did exagerate the doezen times thing it was only 3 times

I'm going to have to suggest that a well respected and well established company like BPlay is not trying to scam you.

Give them a break. I am sure Jeff and crew were enjoying some much deserved Turkey vacation. I also agree that expiring links are annoying but they have to do what they can to protect their IP
