Default using a desktop manager - 11-27-2007, 02:22 AM

Hello,

I tried to use desktop manager, and media manager. It says i cant access to the media card, that needs to be mass storage mode. But my phone's mass storage mode is on and it still cant read my media card.

Am i doing something wrong? I ve tried before and it worked fine, and now it doesnt work.

HELP Please!!

Is you device showing that the card is installed? Maybe format the card and then pull the battery on your Blackberry, wait 30 seconds and reinsert and try again.

Let us know if that worked.
