I have the blackberry curve 8300. I have the BlackBerry Desktop and Media Manager. I want to transfer mp3's from my computer to the phone, when i transfer it gives me an error that says, not enough space on disk. When i go to check the media card i have over 455MB of space FREE i have a 512MB card in. I have no idea what the problem is and the setting in my phone are as follows: Media Card Support: ON Encryption Mode: NONE Mass Storage Mode Support: ON Auto enable Mass Storage Mode when connected: YES Total Space: 483.5MB Free Space: 483.5MB>>please help, i need music.

Did you format the card while in the BB?

If that's done then just plug it in and go to My Computer and drag and drop your music into the Blackberry >Music folder.

While you have the Media Mgr up, look in the bottom left hand window and make sure you have "media card" selected.
I tried it on my 8300 and if you have your "device" selected, thus trying to add the music file to your device's memory rather than the media card, you will get the message you're getting.
