Default Message Question

Please Login to Remove!

I am a new blackberry user and have bought an 8310.

My question is on the main screen there is an icon called messages that shows your calls and text messages. I have recently setup 2 e-mail accounts and now both of the e-mail accounts shows up in the "messages" icon as well as in their own e-mail icon. Is there a way to set it so that the e-mail messages only show up in their respective section and do not appear in the "messages" section?

ALL messages are sent this main message folder. You cannot change that. You can remove SMS/MMS from that main folder to their own folder.

I would recommend you simply hide the two account specific folders.

Welcome to the BBForums, and good luck.
