Are these coming in as SMS or email?

Default Sms

I believe they must be SMS - As it says 701 at the top. But, I'm really not sure.

That 701 is usually a message from T-Mobile, or has been in my experience. You may want to contact T-Mobile and let them know about it.

Smile Problem solved

I contact T Mobile and they were able to solve my problem. My account still had my old Palm Treo 650 listed and that's were the problem came from.
Thanks!

SgtCasey is correct. I saw this with a users a few days ago who had data and her BlackBerry data plan was still being provisioned. She logged into T-Zones and setup email thinking that was the correct way. She backed those settings out, her data plan got provisioned and she was all set.

Default ACT! 6.0 Sync

I am syncing the BB Curve 8320 (T-Mo) up with Sage ACT! 6.0 via USB and it's taking forever, OK, 20 minutes from beginning to end. I have around 2600 contacts and 900 calendar and to-do items. I do not sync the contact "notes" with the handheld. Is this a normal rate of sync? Is there anything you may suggest to speed up the sync? Thanks for you input.

I would post this in a new thread as it has noting to do with the above issue. On a side note anything with ACT is slow. I know on the Palm a sync can take 15 minutes with 1000 contacts.
