I have a dilemma.

I have my office email and personal email accounts set up to come to my blackberry and everything works fine but one thing.

Lets say I receive an email in my work account. I have subfolders in Outlook to put important emails I want to keep. When I move the email in Outlook to one of the subfolders, it seems the email disappears from my blackberry device.

Also if I delete an email from Outlook the email then disappears from my blackberry device.

Why does this happen? I understand if i delete an email on my blackberry device, if i choose handheld when prompted it just deletes from my device, or mailbox & handheld, it deletes from both.

I just dont understand why if I move an email in Outlook to a subfolder why it takes it off my blackberry device.

Any help would be much appreciated.

***Basically I am asking this because if the email is important I put it in a subfolder. I was hoping for it to stay on the blackberry device in case my office calls and I can then look up the email without having to go to a computer.
