Default PocketMac SyncManager

Please Login to Remove!

I'm assuming when the PocketMac SyncManager program is started, you have to choose the phone icon and then click the Sync icon, when it finishes I get this message.

[09:06:54:010] Unable to connect to BlackBerry (error 1); skipping

what does that mean? someone please help.
