Just bought one yesterday (from Costco). It paired very easily this morning. Sorry you're having problems.

I have already returned my 1st H700 and am on my 2nd. It SUCKS. Pairing is simple as any other device but the quality of the headset is just terrible. People say I am in a wind tunnel when in my car (windows up, a/c off, radio off), it is staticky, etc. I will NOT buy another Motorola headset after spending $90 on this one. Very disappointed. Any ideas?
