Default Memo pad problem!

Please Login to Remove!

I'm having trouble seeing my memos. The only way I know there are memos stored is going through options when in memo pad and seeing the number of entries. It ends there. Even when I first open up the app there are no titles listed. Can someone tell me how to access them? Do I need to install a new version of memo pad? HELP!!!

Try pulling the battery to reset the BB, while it is on.

If that doesn't work, make sure you don't have a filter enabled. While in the Memo Pad application press then Menu key and select Filter. Make sure there are no Categories checked.(if you use categories.)

if by chance my version of memo pad is bad, is there a way of installing a new one?
Any other suggestions?

Nope, I haven't created any categories yet, so no problem there.

You can use the Desktop Manager to uninstall Memo Pad and then reinstall it.

Do you mean using the application loader? I tried that but memo pad is not listed as one of the applications. Only those programs I installed other than what came with the curve are listed.

My memos are actually there, because I can see them listed under number of entries when I go into options. I just wish I could read them!
