Default BBweather on the 8310

Please Login to Remove!

Has anyone else been having problems with this problem on their 8310? Install goes fine, but when I go to load it up it just frezzes my blackberry and I have to do the whole take battery out, wait for reset bah bah bah... any help would be great... Thanks

That FAQ actually got moved to the device specific FAQs, in this case under the 8100 section.

How do I get BB Weather to work on the 8100 / 8300 / 8800? - BlackBerryFAQ

Thanks for the help.... I went though the page and did what it said to set it up, but now I am getting error... It is something to do with "tunnel" or something like that.... Anyone have any ideas?

Go into the BBWeather / Options and remove the check box next to Disable MDS proxy.

I tried that too and when I do that I get "Invalid URL parameter"

Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't. If you get the null error, give it a day or two and try again. BBweather is iffy, but when it works it's great to have.
