So I had a issue with random reboots. I followed several threads recommendations to wipe and reinstall the OS. I did that, and on the install, the Faves app dissappeared. I have done HRT registration as well as re-sending the service books....

Any recommendations?

I have tried a search, and perhaps am not using the correct terms.....

EDIT - Called T-Mo, and they had me do a handheld wipe from options>security options>wipe handheld. MyFave came back, but the resets are worse now. They are sending a replacement....
