Smile Please HELP!!

Please Login to Remove!

I can only ever see 12 emails on my BB at any one time. I get hundreds of emails every day but as soon as there are 12 emails on the screen when a new one arrives the 13th is removed.......its driving me mad....the emails are not deleted because when i switch my laptop on the emails are there, but they delete from my BB automatically....what have i done? how can i stop this?

Please help...thank you in advance

You can't scroll down and see the rest? In the message folder, tap a 'B' and it should take you to the bottom of the list... what is there? How old is the last message?

ALSO, go to Options > Status. File Free. What is the number there?

How much free memory is left on your Blackberry? If you go below a certain level you'll get the dreaded disappearing messages/call logs syndrome.
