Default Problem 8310

Please Login to Remove!

My 8310 reboot alone, the battery led was red for 2sec and after the phone reboot 10sec and turn off ans the led is red again ........
what must i do ???? PLEASE PLEASE

You should follow these instructions exactly as written.

ok I did it i can see all the java loader !!! but in blackberry Os i can see all the files are not installed
i do the upgrade but when it's finished i have a problem to reinitalize the phone and after 2mns it says me not possible to reinitialize the phone when a multiple .... is running

WHAT MUST I DO ???

HOW CAN I FORMAT COMPLETELY THE PHONE ????

TO REINSATLL ALL AND NOT UPGRADE !!!!

PLEASE HELP ME PLEASE HELP ME

If you follow those instructions exactly as written, it will work.

You must have your OS downloaded to the PC, just as the instructions state.
