Wirelessly posted (Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 6.0; Windows NT 5.0) BlackBerry8320/4.2.2 Profile/MIDP-2.0 Configuration/CLDC-1.1 VendorID/100)

I am looking for alternative sync app for ACT! 6.0 with BLACKBERRY® 8320 (T-Mo). The Blackberry Desktop Manager and Intellisync is not getting the job done, i.e. It's way too slow (2600+ contacts) and conflicts are not resolving properly. All was working fine until I mistakenly install Desktop Manager 4.3 which is not compatible with ACT!6.0. Although I have uninstalled 4.3 and reinstalled 4.2.2, I'm still having problems. And now I'm being prompted for a username and password which I have no idea for what - it's not the ACT! Password, that fails... So I'm now unable to sync. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks.

Here is what I use, It is a third party that syncs your data for you over the air. It has worked great for me and my clients. You have a mini version on ACT on the BB and have access to all vital info such as notes and history. It does cost ($240 a year) but I feel it is well worth it. They are also listed as an ACT Solutions provider on Sages website.

Thanks. This might work. However, I see it compatible with ACT! 2007/2008 but I wonder if it's compatible with 6.0? BTW, clever profile pic.

Take a look at CompanionLink Software, Inc. - Data synchronization for Pocket PC, Windows Mobile, Palm, and BlackBerry handheld devices check out the pro version.

I have it working on ACT with a curve, no problems. very fast.

We have the ACT! 6.0 version of Handheld Contact still available at ACT! and ACT! add-ons from GL Computing
