Neet to display video feeds from an activeX Web hosting server application. Does the 83xx browser support this?

No.
You need Internet Explorer to properly utilize ActiveX controls in a web browser. There is no Internet Explorer for BlackBerry.

ActiveX and IE aside, there is no way to get optimal video streaming on a BB. Hopefully we will see some kind of Flash app that can handle .flv files.
