Is the only difference GPS or is it support for stereo media player and A2DP as well? The Spec on the RIM site are not detailed.

I am ditching my Pearl to get the full key board and want (REQUIRE) my BlueAnt x5 works!!

GPS is the only functional difference.

It's pretty lame, I know...but I got the 8310 over the 8300 because the CRIMSON was hot!! LOL

I ditched TeleNav, as my travels aren't frequent enough to justify $10 a month for the subscription. For my casual GPS needs...Google Maps is plenty good enough.

I'm with you on the color - the delta in price and my two GPS units have me stickig with the 8300. What I should really do (but can't wait) is get the WiFi enabled BB

hmm if there is no need for gps, just go for the 8300. you can always buy for around 20 bucks a different color housing.

if you want wifi, tmo is the only option, or buy the device unlocked and use it on at&t. there is no real benefits with wifi on at&t since you can only use it for browsing and the speed is about the same as EDGE.

8300 was cheaply made IMHO, that is why I never got one. The 8310 is much better made, and also does not suffer from as many hour glass waits. Stores are getting rid of 8300 stock since they don't make them any more, and selling them for only a few bucks cheaper? I dunno .... but personally I think discontinued products that wont be manufactured anymore should be at least 50% off.

Heres the deal - AT&T has 8300 refurbs for $29 they have the same warranty as a new phone. I sold my Pearl for $175 on ebay, AND I can use my Stereo BlueAnt headset.

8310 = travel person/ tech engineer/ support/ FBI/ polices/ PIMP/ stalk (who following and chase the celebrites where they go/ live).

8320 = coffee person/ Hacker/ celerities.

so while were comparing different models no point in a new thread so ill ask here. whats the difference between the 8310 and 8320 i got the 20 form tmo friday i love it. especially with the wife working for them getting me the 10 bucks a month unlimited everything employee plan hehe.

BB 8310 = BB 8300 + GPS
BB 8320 = BB 8300 + WiFi

Does this mean that I am a PIMP/stalk...but, not a celerity?
