Had my phone for 2 hours, sending back
 

I've never had a phone until today I couldn't figure out. I'm a third year Nursing student with a 3.95 GPA and can't even find how to find the ringtones. This obviously isn't the phone for me. I've looked so forward to getting it and the ONLY thing I can get it to do is make and receive calls.
I'm soooo dissappointed. Oh well, I guess its back to the i-phone for me.


Thanks for all of your help with my previous questions. Now I guess I get to package all of this crap up and take back to Cingular tomorrow.

Well the good news is you really don't have to worry about custom ringtones with the iPhone.

Ringtones = Look at the the Media Player, or edit your Profiles.

Screw ringtones! Put your own songs onto an SD card, use them as ringtones! You can change them whenever you want and you'll nevvvver run out of options!

Please... I know you have studied technology far more complicated than a Blackberry while in school, so this whole thing just doesn't sit well with me. There are plenty of people here who would be happy to help you learn the Blackberry if you ask for help.

You spent a whopping two hours to learn something new. In that two hours, did you read anything? Did you read the FAQs here? Did you ask any questions?

If you really are a 3.95 GPA student you should know how to read. The phone comes with a MANUAL, it shows you how to do stuff, just like a book. There's also TONS of info in the FAQ here.

But since apparently you can't manage the simple task of getting to the phone's ringtones, I'll throw you a bone:

Media > RINGTONES > ALL RINGTONES.
