i was transferring some MP3s to my SD and I noticed that is really slow. It took like 5-10minutes to transfer 4 albums over (approx 120mb).

i also noticed that when browsing the card in media manager it seems to be kinda slow too and sometime takes a while for all the albums to appear in the list.


if this is normal then im cool with it i guess. so, is this normal?

I've had experiences with some brands being slower than others. I remember SanDisk being pretty fast. Is it an off-brand?

i believe it is a scan disk.
