Do you mean to change the order, or to change the icons associated with each application? Which theme are you using?

- Show All @ Home Screen
- Highlight [scroll to] Icon
- Click Menu
- Click Move / Hide [depending what you want to do]
- and Drag Them Around to Arrange

You can move / hide the icons around any way you want. I'm assuming this is what you want to do.

You also know that if you turn off "dialing from home screen" there are a ton of one button [letter] shortcuts right????

If any of this seems foreign, you'd probably better find one of the great tips and trick articles posted by some fine friend-ed members.

I believe instead of a "wrench" for options he would like another image as the icon. Is this what you are asking?

Just change the order of the icons by moving them around.
If you're using a Zen theme (which it sounds like you are.) the first 5 icons will be shown on what you're referring to as your "home screen".

Just make whatever ones you want to display there the first 5 icons.
