Is it possible to use a backup... servicebooks and resotre them, to be able to use msn over wifi and such on an unlocked 8320 on rogers?

No. Service books are carrier specific. I highly doubt that will work.

A few service books will backup and restore. Most will not.

I think im going to program and msn somehow for bb using the browser and mobile.msn.com.
