Default Funny Little Icon

Please Login to Remove!

On the desktop, above top row of application icons is a space for status icons. For example, new mail is a little envelope that shows the number of new emails. But above the calendar I always have a small brownish circle with a symbol with a slash through it telling me....something is not something.

I thought this might be calendar is not syncing but my BES Server is up works great and the icon is still there. Any clues what this icon is? I would hate to start using white-out this soon.

Thanks.

That sounds like PTT in silent or do-not-disturb mode, and I see you are on AT&T, so my money is on PTT. That symbol should be a bell icon with a slash through it.

PTT, you got it.

I do not subcribe to PTT but if I go into PTT options I see that it is set to ON. If I set it to OFF the icon switches to a blue dot. The brown dot with a slash must have been telling me no PTT connectivity.

Thanks guys, good call ifonline....
