I recently tried backing up the Phone Log from my BB to the Desktop via the DM. Now, I can't find the backup of the log file. Where does it throw it and what format? I want to do some parsing on the log file and would like to know what the format of it is. Thanks all!

The backup creates an *.ipd file. There are two apps I know of that will dissect the backup file. One is named "Amber ABC" file converter and you can find a link at our FAQ under Third Party Applications.

The other I don't recall the name just now, I know it is in our Aftermarket software section if you search "ipd" there.

Looks like you have to pay for the ABC converter. Know of any free ones? I'll do some searching.
