Hi Everyone, I searched the FAQ's and the Forums and can not find an answer to this question; On my 8700g when the screen brightness was dim, all I had to do was tap the mute button on the top of the device and the brightness went to 100%. With my Curve, tapping the mute or any other button does not make the screen 100% bright. I use my Blackberry as a flashlight and even got rid of the penlight that was on my key chain. I know I can go in and turn off the auto dimmer, but I would not like to keep my backlight at 100% brghtness. Any ideas?

That feature is not on the Curve.

This is one of the two features (keyboard size is the other) that I miss from my 8700. Let's hope that this is something that can be added to the Curve in a future update.

Hi John and Shaun, Thanks for the information. The Curve is a fantastic device, but instead of trading in my 8700g for the $90.00 Balckberry Trade In program, I am going to keep it as a spare in case something happens to the Curve. If you have the 8700g the batteries are interchangable.
