ok i`m having a major problem every time i`m in a call my phone does an automatic reboot sometime it get to 6 min but no longer anyway i`ve try it all change the battery the sim the software to tmo 180 and nothing and the funny thing is i can open any application and use it normally and it doesn`t reboot so could it be the certificates
so my real question is can i erase all the certificates in my bb8320??
will the phone keep working??
and could i get it back if nothing happens?
You erased and replaced your certificates when you reinstalled the OS. You left out a few key details:
1. Are you using UMA when this happens?
Does it happen on GSM/EDGE?
Does it only happen at one location Work or Home, or also at HotSpots?
Once you answer the above we maybe able to assist a little more. You may want to exchange the unit with T-Mobile.
Also you can not make a UMA call without the certificates.
ok well i live in the dominican republic so right now my cell phone is on edge i tried another sim from the same company and it changed to GSM but still it reboot itself so i tried another sim from another company and it change to EDGE but it did the same thing as far as UMA goes i don`t really know!
as far as Work or Home, or also at HotSpots goes neither it happens while i`m making a normal call with my service provider
