Please help me !
I have bought a BB 8300 from ATT, it`s unlock I use it with Fido in Canada.
I use outlook 2007, my desktop BB software is 4.2.2.14 apr 2007. The software in my device is v4.2.2.166

When ever in synchronize (with a usb cable) all the modification made on the device (BB handheld) are not sent to Outlook. Plus the BB synchronize software keep sending info that is already on the handheld.

Please I have search everywhere on the web, no where have I found an answer. Thanks

Are you using Desktop Manager 4.2 SP2 ? I don't know what 4.2.2.14 means.

Do you have Intellesync properly configured? There are options to allow the handheld to take precedence, Outlook to take precedence or to synchronize both PC and handheld.
