Default 2 questions 1 about the browser and 1 about software

Please Login to Remove!

1. i got bored and tried to watch some youtube clips on the phone and as soon as i clicked watch video it pops up a error"a problem occurred while trying to render page". is that a BB browser problem that means i need a different browser or do these phones not play video streams?

2. is there a software app out that i can use to edit my address book on my pc and load it onto my phone. i had a piece of crap phone before this one and i wouldnt allow more then 1 number per name entry so when i transered them all to the blackberry i have multiple entries for the same person. i dont want to sit there and indvidually edit every contact on the phone it be much eaiser to do it on pc.

1. No, you can't stream videos from youtube.com on a BlackBerry.

2. For Windows users, Microsoft Outlook is the easiest and most popular way to manage your address book and other PIM functions and then sync to BlackBerry.

If your profile is correct and you have the 8320, it is not nativley supported. you can use tinytube.net or blueapple.mobi to view them

It works both ways, if there are conflicting entries you can choose which goes where

Purchase, then install Outlook.
Install BlackBerry Desktop Manager from the CD provided with your device.
Connect BlackBerry and Sync.
