rbyers... you need to follow this carefully.
There's basically three pieces to this puzzle.
1. Desktop Manager which gets installed on your PC.
2. The Device software which gets loaded on your device.
3. The Device software which gets loaded on your PC.
You are missing item #3 above.
#1, You've confirmed that you have reinstalled Desktop Manager. That's good. Move on to item #2.
#2, You've confirmed that you have version 22.214.171.124 on your device. That's good. Move on to item #3.
#3, Since you have 126.96.36.199 on your device, you also need 188.8.131.52 on your PC. You need to find this software, download it, and then install it on your computer.
If you can't find 184.108.40.206 to install on your PC, then you can install a newer version, such as 220.127.116.11, and install that instead. This will upgrade your device to 18.104.22.168 as well.
