rbyers... you need to follow this carefully.
There's basically three pieces to this puzzle.
1. Desktop Manager which gets installed on your PC.
2. The Device software which gets loaded on your device.
3. The Device software which gets loaded on your PC.
You are missing item #3 above.
#1, You've confirmed that you have reinstalled Desktop Manager. That's good. Move on to item #2.
#2, You've confirmed that you have version 188.8.131.52 on your device. That's good. Move on to item #3.
#3, Since you have 184.108.40.206 on your device, you also need 220.127.116.11 on your PC. You need to find this software, download it, and then install it on your computer.
If you can't find 18.104.22.168 to install on your PC, then you can install a newer version, such as 22.214.171.124, and install that instead. This will upgrade your device to 126.96.36.199 as well.
