Default Messages moved to offline data file do not get deleted from Desktop

Please Login to Remove!

When emails from Inbox on the Outlook Exchange server get moved to the offline folder, they do not get deleted from the Blackberry device. If I copy them to the offline folder and them delete them from Inbox, them the do get deleted from the inbox. How can I solve this problem?

Thanks

I do not have direct knowledge of this issue but know it has been discussed before a few weeks ago. If I remember correctly, it was determined that unless they end up in the Deleted Items they stay on your BB.

Default Email on BB do not get deleted

I looked through all previous posts but could not find this one. I have been using Q9 for the past year and GOOD has it figured out. I can't believe that to move an item to an offline folder would require COPY + DELETE. There has to be a more elegant solution.

If your on a BES, the BES needs to have Hard Delete Support enabled for that type of synchronization to occur.

Talk to your BES admin. It's available with BES 4.1.
