Arrow Problems with Handango Trial program

Please Login to Remove!

I wanted to try out a program before I purchased it but I am having an error trying to download it on to the phone.

Error message:
No additional applications designed for your device were found

Do I need to activate something on my BB? Please help, I didn't want to spend money on downloading the program if I can't get the trial on the phone.

Thanks!

Are you installing the application using Desktop Manager? This should help:

Application Loader Error - BlackBerryFAQ

Good luck.

Will downloading any of these files cost extra?

Downloading the OS for your device does not cost extra.
