Default Accidentally disabled HTTP traffic on my 8310

Please Login to Remove!

When installing Opera Mini and I denied all HTTP traffic and said 'do not ask me again'. Meant to select allow. I've looked all over, but cannot locate where to change this?

Help?

Thanks
