I have an unlocked 8320 on the Rogers network in Toronto. I recently added the $15/month unlimited e-mail and bb messenger plan. I have noticed that when sending e-mails from my blackberry account, after about 10-15 replies on the same e-mail the recipient suddenly starts to get garbled messages from me that are illegable. It looks almost like egyptian writing or computer language. I have spent several hours on the phone now with 4 different technical support blackberry people from Rogers but I still continue to have this problem. They have had me delete my service books and they re-sent them several times, they have confirmed that "english" is my selected langage and they have had me delete my messages from the desktop manager backup and restore function. I still continue to have these problems, and the only thing that they can now suggest is that it is an unsupported T-Mobile device on their network and maybe there is some conflict. I suggested that this could not be the case as the service books are from Rogers, but this is the only thing that they can think of. Any ideas? I am a step away from cancelling my e-mail plan due to this.

Does this happen regardless of who the email recipient is?
Does it happen only when multiple people are involved in the email string?
Which OS are you running on the 8320?
What type of account is being pulled into the BIS? (GMail, POP3, etc)

I only communicate with one person via e-mail at the moment so I cannot compare but this recipient has never had this problem with anyone else. Kind you, this recipient has never communicated with a blackberry before. I am running the newest one which I downloaded...4.2.2.180. It is my rogers.blackberry.net account that this is happening with. I also have a rogers.com address attached to my bb but never send out e-mails on it.

I am still having this problem and Rogers is now saying that it must be the T-Mobile device. Could this be possible?
