As soon as I try to open the Facebook for BlackBerry application, I am presented with this uncaught exception. Somehow this was triggered by logging out of the application. After logging out, any attempt to reopen the application leads to this error. Is there a way for me to clear this application's cache? Or any potential solutions to this problem? I have already tried to reinstall. Thank you.

Dave, by "reload the software" you refer to wiping the handheld? For the record, the application was working fine for weeks.

I've already restarted the phone several times. The uninstallation process forces it. I'm guessing that some configuration file is not being removed from the uninstallation process, which causes the fresh install to fail.
